Daria offers cooking classes of classical Italian cuisine using seasonal products. Participants then eat the dishes they have prepared.

While cooking you’ll learn the basic rules of traditional cooking: every dish is prepared from fresh local ingredients and the techniques are explained in a very practical way so you can use them to prepare other recipes.


Class are hands-on, taught in English or Italian. At the end of the class all the participants will seat around the table to enjoy the meal together. Everyone will get a copy of the recipes prepared during the class.

Price per person: 75€ (minimum 2 persons)


Sparkling wine,  house white and red and dessert wines are  included in the price.

You can added a Wine Tasting at the price of 15€ per person

The wine tasting consist in 5 wines (Sparkling, Chianti, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano,  Brunello di Montalcino and a dessert wine).

- Class are held for groups of 2 to 12 people.

- classes are held on  Monday , Tuesday , Thursday and Friday  start at 10 a.m.

- Class lasts around 4 hours including lunch
